Our services facilitate the licensing of music from independent artists for audio synching and distribution. Artists with over 50k+ Spotify listeners may qualify for licensing. We aim to provide fair compensation, visibility, and the retention of ownership to artists whose music is licensed through our platform.

4. Payment

Payments for music licensing are subject to our Partnered Music Fund and the terms agreed upon. All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment processors.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our services, including music, text, graphics, and logos, are the intellectual property of Social Playlist or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our explicit consent.

6. User Content

By submitting user-generated content, such as music, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the content for the purposes of providing our services.

7. License Management and Royalties

Music licensed through Social Playlist shall be managed by us for the agreed term as per the contract. All royalties generated from synch music placements on any medium shall incur a 30% fee payable to Social Playlist. Additionally, any music opportunities arising from the exposure provided by Social Playlist shall entail a 20% introduction fee for the duration of the contract.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any prohibited activities.

Our services are provided on an "as-is" basis, and we make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the content. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
